Bulletin Connect will notify you whenever it receives an Opt-Out request by SMS. </BR>

Once a user has opted out of your service, no further messages should be sent to them.
If you continue to send them messages, your account will be suspended.
Usage Notification SMS.
Carriers require you to notify mobile users by SMS when their expenditure with you reaches $30 in a month.
Please detail the content of the SMS message you send when a mobile user has spent this amount with your service.
Use of HELP Keyword.
Carriers require that you implement a HELP keyword. Please describe below the content of the Mobile Terminated message that consumers will receive when they text HELP to the short code.
Contest Requirements.
If you are offering a contest or competition service, you need to be aware of, and conform with, all legal requirements and restrictions.
Subscription Services.
If you are offering a monthly subscription service, you need to provide a SMS notification to the consumer 3 days before the renewal.

User Interaction.
Please describe step by step interaction with the user, after the opt-in process has been completed.
Please specify clearly when the premium billing event takes place, and how often users will receive a premium billed message (for subscription services).
Message Flow Example / Test plan.
Please provide a detailed message flow example of how the user will interact with the application. This exact message flow example must be available to the carrier for testing and verification that the application is working as described. Attach text of all messages that will be sent to participating users.
